Self-Defense Workshop: Part 1

Join us for a self-defense workshop with local martial arts expert, Brian Chewning. The workshop will include situational awareness, de-escalation strategies, and striking techniques. This workshop is open to teens in high school as well as adults, no experience is needed. Registration is required.
