Family Yoga

Share the joy of movement and mindfulness! This class is great for families with children ages 2-8—whether your child is "zen" or not! Participants can expect to enjoy: Lots of movement, dancing, and music Engaging themes that make yoga fun, imaginative, and playful! SO many yoga poses to build strength, balance, and body awareness Breathing techniques and relaxation practices Social-emotional learning woven naturally throughout each class! No registration is required. Adults must accompany their children, but adult participation in the class is optional. Yoga mats provided.
