Fall break is here, and Lexington-area museums, libraries, farms and parks have lined up camps, drop-in programs and family events to fill the days. Below you'll find full-day and half-day camp options for working parents, plus free and low-key outings for families who want a slower week.

Camps and timed-ticket events fill up fast over break, so register or buy tickets online before you drive out. For the free library and park programs, arrive a few minutes early — seating and supplies are often first-come, first-served.
